Balancing yoga, surf, and relaxation is all about creating a flexible schedule. At our retreat, we offer a variety of daily yoga sessions, surf lessons, and ample free time for relaxation.
We recommend starting your day with a morning yoga session to energise your body and mind, followed by a mid-morning surf lesson.
